Delete Account and Data

DEXPIRY users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your DEXPIRY account and related personal data, send an email to:

In the email, include the email address used to access your DEXPIRY wallet.
What data may be deleted or deactivated
When a deletion request is processed, DEXPIRY may delete, deactivate, or anonymize:
- Your email address used for app access
- App account access records
- Wallet access links within the application
- Receipts or purchase records that you stored in the app
- Warranty-related personal data stored in the DEXPIRY application database, where deletion is technically and legally possible
- Other personal information associated with your app account
Active warranties and retained records
Some warranty-related records may be retained while a warranty is active or while retention is necessary to protect warranty rights, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or maintain the integrity of the DEXPIRY service.
If a warranty record is needed as proof of warranty rights, DEXPIRY may retain the minimum necessary information for the duration required to support that warranty or comply with applicable obligations.
Blockchain records
Some DEXPIRY warranty records may be connected to blockchain-based identifiers. Blockchain systems are designed to be permanent, and records written to a blockchain may not be technically removable.
Where deletion of blockchain records is not technically possible, DEXPIRY will take reasonable steps to remove, deactivate, or limit app-level access to associated personal data where possible.
Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to legal obligations, active warranty rights, security needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or technical limitations.
